Children’s Privacy Notice

SlayEX is intended for users aged 16 and older. It is not designed for, marketed to, or directed at children, and it is not listed in the App Store Kids Category.

Our commitment under COPPA

We comply with the U.S. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”) and equivalent protections for minors under the EU/Slovak GDPR. We do not knowingly collect, use, or disclose personal information from children under 13 (or under 16 in the European Economic Area). During onboarding we ask for your age, and the App is built for an audience of 16 and older.

Photos

Selfies used for the optional Future Self feature are processed only with the user’s explicit consent, as described in our Privacy Policy; uploaded originals are deleted after processing. Because the App is restricted to users 16 and older, we do not process photos of children. We do not build profiles of children and do not use facial recognition.

Information for parents and guardians

If you are a parent or guardian and you believe that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us at support@romankorzhov.com. We will verify the request and delete the information promptly.

Under COPPA, parents and guardians have the right to:

review the personal information we may have collected from their child;
request that we delete such information; and
refuse to permit any further collection or use of the child’s information.
