Common questions

Manage or cancel your subscription

Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID and can be managed at any time: open the iPhone Settings app → tap your name → Subscriptions → select SlayEX → cancel or change your plan. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the current period.

Restore a purchase

If you reinstalled the App or switched devices, open the SlayEX paywall and tap Restore Purchases while signed in with the same Apple ID you used to subscribe.

Delete your data

To remove data stored on your device, open Settings → Clear Data in the App. To delete data held in our backend, email support@romankorzhov.com and we’ll handle it promptly.

Your photos and privacy

Your selfies and any photos you add stay on your device — they are never uploaded to us. Read more in our Privacy Policy.

Troubleshooting

If something isn’t working: make sure you’re on the latest version of SlayEX, restart the App, and check your internet connection. If the issue continues, email us with your device model and iOS version so we can help faster.
